We gladly offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds within 30 days of fulfillment. Exchanges are free, and returns incur a $10 restocking fee.

Sale items and items purchased with a promotional code for 25% off or more are returnable for store credit only (unless marked FINAL SALE). The following categories are FINAL SALE and may not be returned: Vintage, Final Sale, Sample Sale, Gift Cards, Home, Accessories. 

Currently, all international orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

TIMH has a flat shipping rate of $9.99 for all US orders that covers shipping anywhere in the US. Shipping is free on all US orders over $250.

International shipping has a flat rate of $25. Shipping is free on all orders over $250. Please be aware that once your order is shipped, you may be responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. The carrier will bill you to pay after you purchase from TIMH.

Currently, all international orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. TIMH is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

Processing your order typically takes around 3-5 days. I try my very best to ship out within 1-3 days of purchase, but please allow up to a week for tracking information to become available. All US parcels ship via USPS Priority or Ground or UPS Ground. International parcels shipping courier varies by location. All orders will receive a tracking number once shipped.

If you order an item on pre-order with an item that is in stock, they will ship at the same time when the pre-order is dispatched. 

Each housedress style has a different size scale. Exact measurements for all items are listed in the product descriptions, so please refer to them closely before your purchase. If you are between sizes, I always recommend going with the larger size unless it is noted on the product listing to size down.

I list very specific measurements for all vintage styles listed. Vintage sizing is all unique and may not be returned, so pay very close attention to the measurement listings when purchasing vintage.
