Refund policy

At This Is My Housedress, we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we gladly offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds within 30 days of fulfillment, NOT DELIVERY. Fulfillment is marked when you receive your shipping confirmation email. Customers must initiate the return or exchange and ship the unwanted items back within the 30 days of fulfillment. Exchanges are free, and returns incur a $10 restocking fee per item.
Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused. If the item appears worn, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange, and the item will be sent back to the original address on the order.
All sale items and/or items purchased with a promotional code for at least 25% off are returnable for store credit or exchange only (unless marked FINAL SALE). The following categories are FINAL SALE and may not be returned: Vintage, Final Sale, Sample Sale, Gift Cards, Home, Accessories.
Currently, all international orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are always free. Please visit our return portal here to open an exchange. Items ordered via exchange are eligible for store credit return only.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
