Mom's Market: Italian Dinner Oven Mitts
Welcome to Mom’s Market, a little corner of the shop run by my mom! She’s been quietly collecting leftover sample fabric from our collections, vintage tea towels, and other treasures, and turning them into handmade pieces for your home. Each and every one is sewn by her, in small batches, so no two are exactly alike. When they’re gone, they’re gone (until she gets back to her sewing machine).
Quilted oven mitts handmade by my mom from leftover sample fabric from our best-selling Italian Dinner print. My mom quilted them entirely herself and finished them with tan trim and a little loop for hanging! Just so you know, these are lightly quilted, not heavy-duty. They’re perfect for grabbing a sheet pan of cookies, pulling a casserole dish off the stovetop, or carrying a warm plate to the table. If you’re pulling a 450° cast iron out of the oven, use your serious mitts for that one and save these for looking cute while you plate.
